WHAT DO YOU CARRY?
At Children's Orchard we carry children's clothing sizes 0-14, shoes, accessories, toys, and equipment.
WHERE DOES YOUR PRODUCTS COME FROM?
Our customers bring their gently used and like new items to sell to us at Children's Orchard store location in your area. We pay on the spot for items in good condition and in-style. For more information please visit our sell page.
DO YOU SHIP?
At this time we are only offering in-store pickup.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY?
After you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once the store has processed your order you will receive another email letting you that your order is ready to be picked up.
WHAT PAYMENT FORMATS ARE AVAILABLE?
We accept most major credit cards including Apple Pay & Google Pay.
WHAT KIND OF ITEMS DO YOU BUY?
We buy children's clothing 0-14, accessories, shoes, toys, and equipment. We are looking for items that are in great condition and are current styles.
CAN I SEND MY ITEM IN THE MAIL TO SELL THEM?
No, at this time all selling takes place at the Children's Orchard location near you!
WHEN DO I GET PAID FOR MY ITEMS?
You will receive cash or store credit for any items that we are able to purchase once we have looked through your items
HOW SHOULD I BRING MY ITEMS IN?
We ask that you limit items to 2 hard sided containers up to 20 gallons in size. All items should be in good condition and free from any stains, fading, holes, broken zippers, missing buttons, etc. In addition, you are welcome to bring 4-5 larger equipment or toy items to sell.
WHEN DO YOU ACCEPT BUYS?
We buy daily! Walk in without an appointment weekdays from 9:30-4:30 and weekends 10-3.
HOW DO YOU DETERMINE HOW MUCH YOU WILL PAY ME FOR MY ITEMS?
We price all of the items that we purchase using our computer matrix. Most of our items are priced at about 1/3 to 1/2 of the original retail price, and then we pay you approximately 1/3 to 1/2 of that.
